Build an employer brand
talent wants
to work for.

Before someone applies, they want to know who they would be working for. We help you put your best foot forward with a better website, an easy-to-find Careers page and stories from your own employees. Then we help you keep it current.

You never get a second chance
to make a good first impression.

Make Careers
easy to find.

Your job ad may be the introduction. When someone looks you up, can they find your jobs—and a reason to join your team?

Put Careers in the main menu. Show the work, introduce your people and tell candidates what they can expect.

A better website.
Someone to keep it current.

We start with the pages you need now and agree on a monthly plan for what comes next.

Build the pages
candidates need.

If your site works well, a careers page or a few hiring pages may be enough. If the whole site is showing its age, we can rebuild it. The scope follows your business and the roles you need to fill.

  • Your mission, culture, benefits and development opportunities
  • Clear jobs and application links on desktop and mobile
  • Hosting and an application path reviewed with your hiring system

Keep it useful
after launch.

New roles. New locations. People with a story to tell. A fixed monthly plan gives you help making those updates instead of leaving the website behind.

  • Agreed content and hiring-page updates
  • Employee photos, interviews and video as scoped
  • Regular checks of job links and the application path

Website work, hosting and monthly updates have their own agreed fee. Recruitment advertising and vendor subscriptions are scoped separately.

Discuss your website

Let your employees
explain the job.

What does the work look like? Who helps a new hire get started? Your own people can answer those questions better than a generic culture statement.

Questions worth asking your team
  • What support do you have on a demanding day?
  • How do you learn and develop here?
  • What should a new colleague know?

Workplace scenes are illustrative. Your finished stories feature your own employees, with their permission.

Your website
is the root.

Candidates may find you on Indeed, Glassdoor, LinkedIn, YouTube or through CareerArc. Give them somewhere useful to go next.

Your own website is where you can bring the full story together: your people, the work, the culture and the jobs. We help those pieces say the same thing wherever someone finds you.

Employer Brand Value,
explained.

Clear scope. A practical plan. A website that represents your business.

What is Employer Brand Value?

Employer Brand Value (EBV) is Bessire’s service for improving the way candidates see your company online. We build or update your website and careers pages, help you tell your employment story, and keep that information current through an agreed monthly plan.

Do we need a new website or just a careers page?

We start by reviewing the candidate journey. A custom careers page or set of hiring pages may be enough when your existing website works well. Dated design, difficult navigation or poor mobile usability may call for a broader website redesign. We agree on the scope before work begins.

What belongs on a company careers page?

Include a clear route to current jobs, your mission and values, practical information about the work, benefits and development opportunities, genuine employee stories and a straightforward application path. Make Careers easy to find in your main navigation, and keep the information accurate.

What does the fixed monthly service include?

The agreed monthly plan keeps your employer story current as your business changes. It can include updates to hiring pages, employee stories, photos, video and the content connecting your website with social and recruitment channels. We define priorities, production needs, hosting responsibilities and the fixed monthly fee in your proposal.

Is this the same as Indeed and Glassdoor’s Employer Branding Suite?

No. Bessire’s Employer Brand Value offer focuses on your own website, careers experience and ongoing content. Indeed and Glassdoor’s Employer Branding Suite is a separate platform product that can complement that work. Vendor subscriptions, pricing and available features are reviewed separately around your hiring goals.

Can we keep our existing applicant tracking system?

We review your current applicant tracking system (ATS) and application process first. Your careers experience can guide candidates to existing jobs and applications. Links, embeds and integrations depend on the capabilities of your system and are confirmed during scoping; a universal integration is not assumed.

Is the website and monthly care included at no added agency cost?

No. Custom website work, hosting, content production and monthly employer-brand care are scoped and priced separately. Bessire’s no-added-standard-agency-fee model applies to participating recruitment advertising products, where vendors pay agency commissions. Your proposal distinguishes those services and any vendor subscriptions.

How will we know whether the careers experience is helping?

Agree on measures that fit your hiring goals and available systems, such as careers-page engagement, job clicks, completed applications and the progression of qualified candidates. Review candidate feedback as well. Results depend on your roles, employment offer, hiring market and recruiting process; a website refresh does not guarantee hires.
