You own the talent.
We manage the process.
Need more help than advertising alone? Let us find, source and screen candidates so your team can spend its time interviewing the people who meet your requirements.

on your side
More help with hiring.
A different way to pay.
We review the wider applicant pool so you can focus on the people who fit your role.
We define the requirements with you, source candidates and screen their answers against a customized recruitment questionnaire. Our aim is to give your team a focused group of qualified, interested people to interview.
The agreed recruiting process is priced on time and materials, rather than a percentage of a hire’s salary. You own the talent and make the hiring decision.
We aim to provide your top eight candidates, subject to the agreed criteria and the available market. This is a shortlist objective, not a guaranteed candidate count or hire.

Provide you with the top 8 candidates
We aim to provide eight qualified, interested candidates against your agreed criteria. Market availability varies; your team interviews and makes the hiring decision.
For one important role.
Or a larger hiring challenge.
RPO can help smaller employers with a specific vacancy as well as organizations with recurring hiring needs.
Our experience spans hourly roles, skilled trades, management and executive positions. Before accepting an engagement, we evaluate whether the process and available tools can credibly support your needs.
One engagement may create candidates for more than one hire. We work with you to establish the scope and cost up front, and you retain ownership of the talent.

What is recruitment process outsourcing, or RPO?
Recruitment process outsourcing (RPO) means engaging a partner to manage agreed parts of recruiting. Bessire focuses on sourcing, screening and qualifying candidates against your role requirements, giving your team a focused shortlist to interview. You own the talent relationships and make the hiring decision.
How is Bessire’s RPO different from a headhunter or staffing agency?
Bessire prices the agreed recruiting process on time and materials, rather than a percentage of a hire’s salary. We source candidates, screen against agreed criteria and provide a shortlist for your own interview process. We do not provide temporary staffing or operate as a retained-search firm.
How do you screen candidates for our role?
We agree on the role requirements with you and build a customized pre-screening questionnaire. We review resumes, communicate with candidates and compare their answers with those criteria. The goal is a shortlist of qualified, interested people, with the screening work completed before your interviews begin.
Will you provide exactly eight candidates?
Our objective is to provide your top eight qualified, interested candidates for the agreed role. The available talent market and screening criteria determine the final shortlist. Eight is an engagement objective, not a guaranteed candidate count or hire.
How long does an RPO engagement take, and what does it cost?
We agree on timing and pricing after reviewing the role, location and screening requirements. Bessire’s RPO engagements are typically designed around a four-week recruiting process, but scope and market conditions can affect timing. RPO is a paid service separate from commission-funded advertising management.
Who interviews candidates, and do you guarantee a hire?
Your team interviews the shortlisted candidates and controls offers and hiring decisions. Bessire handles the sourcing and screening work agreed in the engagement. We do not guarantee a hire; candidate fit is evaluated against the role requirements established with you.
